The South Wales region includes a wide range of variety and destinations. National TV and radio stations broadcast in Welsh, road signs are written in Welsh and English, there are Welsh medium schools, books, magazines newspapers and websites. It’s called Cymraeg in Welsh and it’s a language with entirely regular and phonetic spelling.

The Fairy Glen trail near Betws y Coed, North Wales is for the more experienced as it requires skilled canoeists to tackle these white waters. You will start out at the access from the river off the back road that runs from Penmachno to the A470.
