Tregaron is a traditional market town in Ceredigion some 19 miles from Aberystwyth and only 5 miles form Lampeter. The town has several great places to eat and drink and some small local shops.
A small village with a stunning beach and a superb local pub. The beach is famous for being family friendly but also for the water sports activities available.
Brechfa is a small village next to the Brechfa Forest in West Wales. The forest has superb mountain biking trails and walks. The river Towy also flows nearby and is one of the best salmon and sewin (sea trout) river in the UK.
