If you are a competent swimmer and have a wetsuit and some old trainers then Coasteering can be considered. Please ask the cottage owners for some guidance and be aware that this can be a major adventure and only suitable for competent children or adults. With the tide out the left cliff scramble over 60 yards leads to a plunge pool that is at least 8 feet deep. Locals leap of the ten-foot drop into the pool but are wary of the reaching claws of spider crabs in its depths.

During our coastal explorers you will be sit-on-top kayaking, coasteering, snorkelling and you can even try your hand at fishing, You'll discover hidden coves, explore dark caves and sandy beaches, wonder at the wildlife above and below the water.The sit-on-top sea kayak is a user-friendly craft, easy to control and very stable, designed for recreational exploration and suitable for all ages and abilities. The open cockpit allows you to work on your tan while the changing vista of caves, bays, beaches and headlands unfolds before you. During your coastal explorer trip you will experience the sport of Coasteering, a breath taking combination of rock scrambling and cliff jumping (Cliff jumping isn’t compulsory, although the guides will do their best to persuade you to give it a try!). You'll eat lunch on an otherwise inaccessible beach or cove, exclusive dining the TYF way! During the day you are more than likely to have some interaction with the local wildlife especially seals, for some reason they don’t seem to mind us being there as long as we don’t make too much noise!
