Description
A gorgeous 5 star detached house with a private hot tub, in a quiet location beside a babbling brook, and within easy walking distance of the beach at Tresaith, on the stunning West Wales coast with views over the Tresaith valley to the sea. This spacious house comfortably accommodates 8 guests, plus one or two dogs. It is perfect for family gatherings, activity-based holidays or simply for some rest and relaxation. Tresaith has a lovely sandy ‘Blue Flag’ beach, with rocky outcrops, a famous waterfall and a lovely dining pub, The Ship Inn, offering unrivalled views across Cardigan Bay with its beautiful sunsets. Watersports, golf, gin tasting, walking, cycling, sea fishing, canoeing and wildlife boat trips for dolphin and seal spotting are all within easy reach. The house has central heating – underfloor downstairs and radiators upstairs, superfast fibre broadband WiFi (150Mb) and an enclosed rear garden with raised decking overlooking the stream, a barbecue, fire pit, and outdoor storage shed. The Ceredigion coastal path passes nearby and this section of the West Wales coast is famous for the dolphins which are regularly seen from the shore.

Electric Vehicle Charge point is available
An electric car charger is provided on site for guests convenience, however the property owners cannot guarantee that the car charger will be operational or available 100% of the time due to 3rd party service outages and/or other situations beyond our control. In the event that the car charger is unavailable guests will need to make arrangements to charge their vehicles at alternative charging locations, a number of which are listed in the guest handbook. No refunds will be offered in the event that the car changer is not operational. Guests are reminded that the T&C's explicitly forbid the charging of EVs via a domestic charger at the property.

- The following items are also provided for your stay. Kitchen: washing-up liquid and 5 dishwasher tablets, dishcloth and sponge scourer; kitchen roll, bin bags. General larder ingredients such as salt and pepper, spices and herbs, oil, vinegar etc. Complimentary bathroom toiletries including liquid soap and miniature body wash, shampoo and conditioner plus 2 toilet rolls per toilet. General cleaning products: bleach, kitchen and shower cleaner, anti-bacterial spray etc.

- The hot tub is provided on site for guests' own pleasure. However, the owners reserve the right to shut down the hot tub at any time if essential maintenance is required, in which event, a single compensation payment of £100 will be made to the guests.
Local Area
Local facilities include the Ship Inn, Tresaith, in walking distance, with views over the beach and coastline; convenience store in Tan-y-Groes, 1.3 miles away. The Llangrannog Urdd Centre is just 4.5 miles away and perfect for a family day out with many activities on site including ski slope, pony trekking centre, leisure centre, swimming pool and climbing centre.
The whole coastline is famous for its dolphins and it has been known for a dolphin pod to swim past while kayaking off Tresaith Beach. Dolphin watching trips can also be booked from the picturesque coastal village of New Quay (13 miles) and Cardigan (8 miles). There are superb walks in the area, including the Ceredigion section of the all Wales Coastal Path which runs through Tresaith (0.3 miles from the house), and lovely walks in the Preseli Hills.
Watersports available at many of the seaside towns, including surfing and body boarding. Two more exellent beaches within 10 minutes’ drive, at Aberporth and Penbryn. Golf at Cwmrhydneuadd Golf Club or Cardigan. Cardigan Island Coastal Farm Park, New Quay Honey Centre, Cardigan Castle, Cilgerran Castle and other attractions within easy reach.
