Description

This exclusive luxury first floor apartment is in one of the best positions in Tenby, with iconic stunning views of North Beach, Lifeboat station and the harbour. Distant views of The Gower. Croft House is steeped in history and was visited in 1900 by the famous artist and children's author Beatrix Potter. Her drawing of the pond in the garden appears in the Tale of Peter Rabbit and there is a plaque on the building commemorating her visit. Tenby itself boasts ancient cobbled streets lined with independent shops, cafes and galleries selling local produce and wares. Take to the water with a pleasure boat trip to the holy island of Caldey, or stay on dry land with a visit to one of the nearby amusement parks. The Tudor Merchant’s House is also well worth a visit to learn some local history. The enchanting Colby Woodland Garden is only 9 miles away, and will delight visitors of all ages, but younger guests might prefer a day out to the Dinosaur Park (3 miles) or Oakwood Theme Park (3.5 miles).

The apartment has been overseen by a local talented interior designer to the highest standard with exceptional finishes throughout and is accessed via a shared hallway and staircase up to the first floor. Enter into the stylish open-plan living space with stunning views from the three picture windows overlooking Tenby harbour, lifeboat station and distance Gower view. where you can sip a glass of chilled wine and relax on the comfortable sofas whilst enjoying a blockbuster movie on the large Smart TV. The kitchen area features granite worktops with a breakfast bar, and there is also a dining table and chairs to gather around and enjoy a lovely meal. There are two comfortable bedrooms, both with king-size beds. Luxury designer bathroom has a walk-in shower cubicle with twin wash hand basins and there is a separate WC, high thread count linens and white fluffy towels are waiting. Private parking also included. There is a private decking area with private access to north beach (opposite Croft House). Somewhere to sit and chill in an evening.

This is a beautiful flat in a wonderful location only a short walk from Tenby town centre. The beds are really comfortable and there’s a parking space round the back of the building which is ideal. Tenby has a great selection of shops, bars and restaurants. We went out of season but still had a good choice of restaurants.

Sea Salt is really stunning. Right across from the north beach you can watch the sea come in and out all day. Some mornings we went for an early swim. The flat is well appointed with comfortable beds, a cosy sitting area to watch movies and TV, and lots of space to make dinner and entertain if you want. We loved it!

The apartment was beautifully presented with well considered attention to detail. The view is stunning, an artists paradise with superb light which changes throughout the day. The bed is very comfortable and high which was great for my tall husband. The shower was roomy and the shower powerful in both forms.
