Reviews

The cottage was brilliant, clean, comfortable and very well equipped. The location was great with good walks and lovely scenery. We were very lucky with the weather and were able to sit out on the decking and enjoy the views. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Mrs B,

Absolutely stunning location. Have stayed in Aberystwyth a couple of times now and this place takes the cake. Stunning views with the hot tub, perfect little log burner. Really homely feel to the place. Will definitely stay again.

Mr D,

Absolutely love our stays at this cottage and it’s becoming a regular place for us to chill out in a perfect location along with our pooches ! It got all the necessities you need with some added comforts such as hot tub, log burner and under floor heating. The arrival gifts are an added bonus. The views are beautiful too. The owners are very friendly who are there if you need them at any point in your stay.

Mrs P,

This cottage was lovely, from sitting in the hot tub watching the lovely views and then inside with the log burner on and all your home comforts. Could not fault one thing.

Mr S,

Lovely place, very peaceful. Will definitely go back!

Ms M,

A beautiful, private, clean and welcoming cottage in a very peaceful location with a great view. Would highly recommend and would love to return one day … perfect for dogs too

Miss B,

We had a wonderful weeks stay during the very cold snap and snow of January 2025 and we stayed toasty warm with the wonderful log burner and underfloor heating. Being all on one level was easy with our 3 dogs and we enjoyed some lovely walks from the property. The location is not far from the town of Aberystwyth, which has everything you might need. Visiting in early January meant some of the attractions in the area were temporarily closed, but a big highlight of our visit was to observe the starling murmuration at the pier at dusk. We would recommend a visit and if you prefer to stay at a more remote location on a working farm, then this was perfect.

Mrs B,

We had a truly amazing time and will definitely return. We loved the log burner, underfloor heating and jacuzzi in particular. There were some lovely arrival gifts which were delicious. The cottage was fully equipped with all necessities. The area is so calming and beautiful. The owner attended promptly to all our needs on our stay due to a storm power cut and went above and beyond.

Mrs P,

Beautiful barn conversion..... very peaceful, loved the Hot tub.

Mr B,

Location stunning amongst quiet countryside with plenty of bird watching and star gazing. Everything you need for a relaxing stay, dog enjoyed his stay too!

Mr F,

Was amazing, would definitely recommend and go back. No issues apart from didn’t feel we had enough privacy when going into the hot tub.

Miss M,

We had such a wonderful time at this property and will be booking again, the views were fantastic and the location was perfect and had many amenities close by and some great places to go to near to the cottage as well.

Mr C,

Was amazing place to stay, Even if you didn't preplan anything before hand, they have already a pre-prepped guide book, with restaurants, places of interest, walks around the coast, inland and near the property. Place was amazing, clean and peaceful Mat and Alix were lovely, met them once at the start of the stay as we didn't need to bother them with anything throughout our 5 day stay.

Mr A,

A beautiful, homely, and well equipped home from home in the Welsh countryside. The loveliest, most helpful hosts. Fantastic welcome, and the most useful visitors guide to help you plan and enjoy your stay. Cannot recommend this place enough - an oasis, perfect for enjoying a comfortable and relaxing break.

Mrs G,

Had an amazing stay. Accommodation had everything we needed and some lovely welcome items for us and the dog. Lovely peaceful location. Friendly owners. Hot tub was amazing and ready to use whenever we wanted. Lots of ideas provided of places to walk, eat ect. Would definitely stay again.

Miss K,

Lovely cottage and the hot tub was a real bonus. Friendly welcome from the owners who are on hand for any issues. The position is very rural and quiet in a farming environment.. great for a relaxing break and Aberystwyth about a 20 minute drive away through beautiful scenery.

Mrs M,

Excellent cottage, immaculate condition, hosts are very welcoming and provided lovely little treats for humans and dogs. Cottage had lovely walks directly from the door and a short drive to the coast. The hot tub was lovely to go in at the end of the day.

Mrs J,

We recieved a warm welcome from the owners. The cottage is well equipped and very comfortable. It is a good location to explore Aberystwyth and the surrounding area

Mrs D,

A lovely, well furnished cottage with ample space. The hot tub was a great bonus especially in those cold winter evenings.
