Reviews

Beautiful cottage with stunning views, very friendly people that own it, excellent base for exploring

Mr B,

Amazing stay at Ty Jim with stunning views out to sea. Very well stocked kitchen with cutlery and crockery. Large selection of DVDs for adults and children a selection of game and books. Immaculately clean throughout with plenty of storage in each bedroom. There was even a telescope in a draw for when the sky is clear for anyone wanting to look at the stars. This is by far the best place we have stayed in and are looking forward to booking for next year.

Mrs H,

A lovely well equipped house with everything we needed. Great location, nice walks to the coast, local shop and pub. Great hosts and the little one loved seeing the cows and dogs on the farm.

Mrs L,

We had a wonderful holiday. The owners are lovely. They couldn't do enough to make the holiday wonderful. The cottage is extremely well equipped. We took things with which they had in the cottage. Very happy with the cottage and owners.

Mrs C,

Lovely fresh, clean & light filled accommodation. Beautiful sea view. Friendly , helpful owners. Gorgeous friendly welcoming dogs .

Mr G,

A wonderful location , very peaceful with outstanding views. Excellent a space , a beautiful place that we can highly recommend visiting.

Mr L,

We had a wonderful week at Ty Jim. The cottage had everything we needed for a comfortable week's stay. The property was very clean and had a well equipped kitchen, plenty of space, Netflix on the TV and of course the fabulous hot tub with the amazing sea views. The hosts were friendly and helpful and we loved fussing their dogs, who would wander around to say "hello" to us. Good location to drive easily to the seaside towns and attractions. Would definitely stay again.

Mrs H,

Ty Jim felt like a home away from home with the addition of a wonderful hot tub. Amazing views to the sea and beautiful birds of prey soaring overhead. Handy for travelling North or South along the coast. A very warming and comfortable place to stay.

Mr M,

We had a fantastic week long stay at Ty Jim. The views and scenery from the cottage were wonderful and the location was very quiet and peaceful but not too far away from local amenities. The local amenities include a well stocked shop, a lovely traditional pub, a fantastic fish and chip shop and a butchers. The owners were very welcoming and friendly and the cottage itself was very well equipped - it even had a swing ball set with rackets to keep our kids entertained! The hot tub was lovely and the views from it were beautiful - definitely take a dip on a clear night, the stars are incredible - we lost count of the shooting stars and satellites we spotted!! All in all, our stay was wonderful and we all felt well rested after our stay so that you for having us!

Mr O,

Ty Jim was a fab place to stay, it was very clean and had everything we needed and was a great size for 6 of us. The view was amazing and it was well located for exploring the Ceredigion coastline. The hot tub was great as well and we all enjoyed a dip in the evenings. The hosts were lovely too and we had a lovely welcome from the dogs every time we came back to the cottage. Thanks for a fab stay!

Mrs B,

We loved staying here it was a beautiful location with a stunning outlook, watching the sunset over the sea in the evenings. The hosts were available when required, checking we got there ok, as we were later arriving than expected and regularly checking the hot tub. The property was clean and very well equipped- the host was thoughtful enough to provide plastic cups for the hot tub (no glass allowed). The farm is a working farm with cattle just over the fence and the dogs were so friendly and well trained, it can give one an enormous confidence boost to have dogs so delighted when you get there and a wagging tail every time you step outside!!! We thoroughly enjoyed exploring this beautiful area of wales but were blessed to return to Ty Jim at the end of the day!

Mr D,
