Reviews

Lovely annex, friendly and helpful hosts. Enjoyable stay

Mrs W,

A wonderful property, well maintained and looked after, located in a special place, just a few minutes from Coed y Brenin! Whatever the weather, there is always something to do. I highly recommended property! Well certainly return.

Mrs N,

We loved this property. The owners were exceptionally welcoming and helpful, we couldn’t have asked for better hosts. The property was beautiful and clean, we really couldn’t fault it.

Mrs T,

This was excellent cottage for someone with limited mobility. Took my 87yr old mother, everything all on one level. Very rare to find somewhere like this in North Wales with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Cottage very light and airy, with excellent decor and facilities. We hope to return and would certainly recommend. Thanks.

Mrs C,

Gwyneth and Rhys provided above and beyond and were very welcoming hosts. Lovely welcome pack on arrival too, which was amazing .Thank you for a wonderful stay. We are already planning a return. Situated in an ideal location, very quiet and within easy reach of all the places we wanted to visit.

Mrs S,

Absolutely brilliant!!!

Mrs R,

Place was lovely and the big windows let in plenty of light and at night great views of a clear sky .And perfect place to explore Eryri national park and the coast all within a short drive . Loved it

Mr G,

The cottage is equipped with everything you need. We expected a little more from the view. We had a great week. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

Mr V,

In spite of the wet weather, we had a warm and very comfortable four nights stay. Unfortunately the weather prevented us from doing all we had planned to do, so we will have to return!!

Mrs T,

Wonderfully quiet, perfect for peaceful walks

Mr M,

Lovely stay in Stabal Y Gelli and cosy and warm in the wet weather as Storm Ciaran went through. Great to be so close to Coed-Y-Brenin for cycling plus easy to get to the Mawddach Trail. Nice places to eat at Penmaenpool and Barmouth and within reach of Portmerion and Bodnant for sightseeing when it was too wet or windy for cycling or getting into the mountains. Cottage is well equipped and clean and added bonus of a delicious Bara Brith waiting for us on arrival thanks to the owner.

Mrs B,
