Description

This property is made up of two self-catering cottages which can be booked individually or part of this group. Take a look at Gadlas (sleeps 14) and Deri Llyn (sleeps 10)  for more information on each individual cottage.

 

This large North Wales holiday accommodation is the perfect setting for your group get-together. Spacious, detached and spectacular, it has all the features you need for that special time together. These include privacy, amazing views, welcoming woodburners, saunas, an outdoor play area and even a football field. It is also located on the stunning Llyn Peninsula - central to many great beaches, walks etc and also within walking distance of the village pubs and its other amenities.

Llyn Peninsula is a designated area of outstanding natural beauty which is renowned for its stunning beaches and water sports and where you can also enjoy the magical sounds of the local Welsh dialect.

This L shaped cottage can either be booked in its entirety, or as two separate wings to sleep 10 and 14. The whole cottage has been specially designed with the needs of large parties in mind - large rooms for gatherings plus smaller private areas when you need to get away.

Lower Ground Floor

One of two beautiful open plan kitchen and dining rooms that you won’t want to leave. Top of the range cream painted oak kitchen with granite worktops. Two large single ovens and large induction hob. Built in fridge, dishwasher, microwave and a Cafetiere. Large dining table for up to 14 guests and flat screen TV. Tiled floor with ground source underfloor heating and patio doors opening out to the front patio breakfast area.

Sauna - Infrared sauna cubicle with tiled floor in room.

Bedroom G1 - Superking bed (this can also be made into 2 twin beds *please request this option upon booking) and an ensuite level entry wet room. This room has level entry all the way from the car park – so would be suitable for wheelchair users.

Bedroom G3 - Family bedroom with 1 king bed plus full size bunk bed.

Bedroom G2 and G3 sharing bathroom with steam-shower cubicle, basin and toilet on tiled floors

Utility area including automatic washing machine, tumble dryer, coat and boot space.

Outside utility room with freezer, coat and boot space. Boiler for underfloor heating.

The conservatory (the linking room between both wings) serves as a lounge with fantastic views of Rhiw mountain. Tiled, heated floor and a 2nd TV. Door opening out to private garden at rear of cottage with outdoor furniture and gas BBQ.

The second open plan kitchen / living room has certainly got the wow factor and includes a top of the range character oak kitchen with granite worktops. Two large single ovens and large induction hob. Built in fridge, dishwasher and microwave. There is also a large dining table, comfortable leather sofas with exposed stone wall and log burner, and large flat screen TV and DVD player.

The high open beamed ceilings create an airy and very spacious feel to the living area. Tiled, heated floor and patio doors opening out from the room to the front patio breakfast area.

Bedroom G5 - Ensuite bedroom with king size bed. This room has panoramic views of the Llyn Peninsula.

Another large lounge can be found on this first floor with fantastic views of Rhiw mountain on one side and looking back towards the rest of the Llyn Peninsula on the other side. 2nd TV and DVD player. Large leather suite with a log burner for those cosy nights in.

Garden

Breakfast patios to the front of the cottage with picnic benches to enjoy the morning sun, opening out onto a lovely lawn and amazing views. Private garden area with BBQ and outside dining furniture at the rear. Private entrance and parking.

This 5 star North Wales holiday accommodation also offers a large playing field to the rear with a climbing frame and football goals.

This large detached North Wales holiday accommodation enjoys a private setting, down small country lanes between Bryncroes and Sarn Mellteyrn. Brilliantly scenic and in a central location on the Lleyn Peninsula, it offers fantastic views and lovely circular walks along country lanes and pathways. Just three quarters of a mile from the cottage is the village of Sarn – a lovely walk in itself.

The village of Sarn Mellteyrn offers pottery, tea rooms and two welcoming pubs. There is a shop with post office, and a garage with shop that rents out DVDs in the village, as well as a small playing field. Abersoch, Aberdaron, Nefyn and all the beautiful sandy beaches of the Llyn Peninsula are close at hand with the nearest beach being 3½ miles away.

Walking, golf, sea fishing trips and plenty of water sport facilities are available here. The market town of Pwllheli, the resort of Criccieth and Porthmadog as well as numerous historic and scenic attractions such as the Snowdonia National Park, Ffestiniog Railway, castles and the Italian village of Portmeirion are all easily reached from this 5 star North Wales holiday accommodation.
