Reviews

Beautiful property in a tranquil location with stunning views. Property was well equipped with everything needed for our stay. Comfy beds and fluffy towels. Will definitely be back.

Mr B,

A beautiful cottage, cosy, warm away from everything. Loved the area, highly recommend

Mrs I,

We loved this cottage. It was so comfortable for us and our toddler. The views were fantastic and it was only a short beautiful drive to Barmouth and the coast. The cottage was spotless and nicely furnished, couldn’t fault it. Plenty of great walks from the door. We are already thinking of a return trip.

Mr J,

A beautiful, secluded location, and a very comfortable cottage. Great walks straight from the door.

Mr W,

Beautiful cottage in stunning location. If you want to leave the world and traffic behind then this is the place for you. Only noise you will hear is from the sheep bleating in the fields.

Mrs A,

Best cottage experience so far for me and the family. It had amazing views and most days we ate outside for breakfast and dinner.

Mr M,

Het huisje was voorzien van alle comfort en was zeer netjes! De eigenaars waren bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De omgeving overtrof alle verwachtingen.

Mrs S,

It is a magic place and we had the most relaxing stay ever. The property itsel is very nice, clean and tidy and Sarah and Bryn are fantastic hosts.. We were lucky to be there in the lambing season and been awaken by baa in Baamouth was amazing. If you want to sleep well and long, switch off, walk around the farm in beatuil countryside of Snowdonia, it is the right place for you. We will be back.

Mr K,

We were looking for a quiet retreat and that is exactly what we had. This is a lovely comfortable cottage with everything you need. The views are stunning from all aspects with walks from the doorstep, a lovely place to chill out and spend some time.

Mr H,

Map

Detached and secluded, this Barmouth self catering accommodation enjoys a stunning location just 2 miles from the seaside town of Barmouth on the North Wales Coast. Set within Snowdonia National Park, the cottage is a stone's throw from the scenic 'Panorama walk', only higher. With the height advantage, it all becomes even prettier - and more private of course.

Barmouth itself has been a popular seaside holiday destination since Victorian times and offers a wide range of amenities. This includes a range of shops and a supermarket and plenty of good restaurants such as Bistro Bermo, The Tilman and The Last Inn. Other recommended places to eat includes The Norbar and Ninteen 57, just a few miles further up the coast.

Amongst the popular attractions in the area, Barmouth itself has a wonderful, Blue Flag Beach with spectacular views of the mountains and lovely walks along the Mawddach Estuary. Portmeirion’s Italian Village and Porthmadog with its Welsh Highland Railway are both well worth a visit, whilst ZipWorld at Blaenau Ffestiniog offers an adrenaline fuelled day out. Add to that the World Heritage Site of Harlech Castle which overlooks one of the best golf courses in the world and the world renowned mountain biking centre at Coed y Brenin near Dolgellau and there is something for everyone, all within a 20 mile radius.
