The property is perfectly situated to enjoy the rural surroundings, whilst still being central to all the attractions of North Wales. Head off to Snowdonia to enjoy days out in pretty villages or climb Snowdon - the highest peak in Wales or enjoy a visit to one of the fabulous beaches scattered around the coast.

Reviews

The barn conversion provides excellent and really comfortable accommodation. We really enjoyed our week's holiday here which was made all the more special with fresh flowers and Halloween decorations. Ample welcome pack of wine, milk, biscuits and cake was also much appreciated. We also really enjoyed using the indoor hot tub to relax in during the dark evenings of October. Property is very well placed to visit Snowdonia, North Wales coast, Llangollen and Chester and is only a 5 minute drive off the A55 North Wales Expressway, yet is in a very quiet and rural location. Owners are friendly and helpful. We have no hesitation in recommending this first class holiday accommodation - it is one of the best cottages we have ever stayed in.

Mr L,

We stayed here for 3 nights and was really good. Owners were also very helpful and accommodating

Ms E,

The barn conversion has been done to a very high standard. It was warm clean and we had everything we needed for our stay. The welcome gift was a bonus and greatly appreciated, the towels in both bathrooms were great size and quality, best we have had. The added touch of fresh flowers throughout the house was a lovely touch. We used the hot tub most days and it was very relaxing. I think I can say it was the best we had slept in a long time,so much so we didn't hear the milk tanker or the bin men. The calves were gorgeous too. Well worth a calm, relaxing and recuperating stay. Highly recommend.

Mrs H,

Superb

Mr W,

Beautiful cottage, well equipped and superb hosts. Wanting to get away from it all. This is definitely a place to go. Amazing

Mrs R,

Fantastic barn cottage conversion. Everything you could possibly want is there. Lovely covered hot tube to relax in after those long walks.

Mr P,

A very enjoyable stay, the cottage was clean, well equipped and spacious throughout. The location is great as although rural it is not far from several towns.

Mrs A,

Quiet location, clean and the covered hot tub a treat.

Mrs W,

Great stay! Lovely peaceful location, we enjoyed waking up to the cows every day. Really nice to have an undercover hot tub on those rainy days as you don’t find this often. Hosts were lovely and helpful!

Mrs W,

Our best recommendation is that this is our second visit and as before Eryl and Rhian were lovely hosts. I forgot to specify how we wanted the second room set up and Rhian remembered how we were set up before and contacted me to ensure it was right, which was very thoughtful. The highlight has to be meeting the new calf that was born that morning at 2am as she was brought to the nursery. It is an excellent place to stay when exploring the area and the Cherry Pie Inn just down the road provides an excellent meal when you don't want to cook. Highly recommended.

Mr G,

Excellent in every way, could not fault our stay, superb accommodation and owners ,quiet location, and lots of places to visit nearby.

Mr P,

Lovely character property, within a working farm. Everything you need for a comfortable stay, gorgeous scenery and local amenities in surrounding villages. Great use of hot tub, bonus welcome treats left in property.

Mr G,

Lovely cottage and tasteful decor. Owners we're very welcoming and even gave us a tour of their lovely farm (got to meet a day old calf!) Can't wait to visit again!

Mr F,

Perfect

Mr G,

Just finished our second stay at this cozy cottage. The cottage is finished and equipped to a high standard and the friendly owners live just across the road. As this visit was in a wet and windy period the fact that the hot-tub is completely under cover was a great feature.

Mr P,

Lovely welcome and goodies, wine , cake & welsh cakes. Cottage was homely , and of a high standard and nice private hot tub with shelter. Quite setting. Lovely food from local pubs.

Ms B,

It was a fabulous property in a great location to visit north wales, Liverpool or Chester. The owners were lovely, friendly and very helpful and watching the cows know the time for milking was entertaining. A place we would definitely go back to. Thank you

Mr Mark G,
