Plenty of excellent restaurants, incuding a Michelin guide chef to choose from, all within 10 miles. The cottage is also in reach of exploring the historic town of Llangollen.
Close to the spectacular Clwydian Range, the UK’s newest Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) and 30 minutes from Snowdonia National Park, this cottage offers a great setting for all kinds of outdoor activities. This includes endless walks and cycling trails, go-karting on a championship circuit nearby, quad biking and pony-trekking, fishing and canoeing, visiting the historical Ruthin Gaol or a relaxing day on the lakeside at Llyn Brenig

Garden
The beautiful, established shrubs at the side of the house, from the holly tree to the bay leaf, create a little heaven for wildlife which can be enjoyed from the luxurious, private hot tub. You can also enjoy the evening sun and countryside views from the front garden with its seating area and BBQ. Goal posts for a kick about. Take a walk up to the lake where the brave can venture wild water swimming. Opportunity to kayak - arranged with owner.
Local town Ruthin, took the Welsh title as the best best place to live in Wales, and ninth of 72 places in the UK after it was visited by judges from The Sunday Times in 2023. Its list praised a "handsome, historic town" for using period properties in a modern manner and mentioned an 18th century building occupied by a pub, a 600-year-old former courthouse, the architecture is beautiful with many independent shops, and not overrun by chains.
