Sunnydale is a pretty detached  dormer bungalow occupying a desirable tranquil position in the lower part of Llanbedrog village just a couple of hundred yards from Llanbedrog's National Trust beach with beach bar and restaurant, art gallery with cafe, family friendly pubs and local shop.

This perfect family seaside escape is set on a large plot and offers a bright and airy lounge/dining area, kitchen and accommodation for 8 guests in 4 spacious bedrooms all serviced by 2 shower rooms and an additional cloakroom. With a large garden, ample parking and a games room, the house is perfectly configured for one large family or two families sharing.

Very spacious clean and well equipped, five minutes walk from a lovely little beach. There were eight of us and we didn't get under each other's feet...plenty of room. The games room was a bonus..

Lovely accommodation in a great beachside location. Stayed as a family of 5 with two dogs. Only 500 yards or so from the beach which is dog friendly on all parts Oct to April and then segregated. The Ship Inn a short drive away does great food and is dog friendly. Short walk to the Spar supermarket that is well stocked. 10 minute drive to Abersoch or walk around the headland. Looked to book again for next year but looks like it gets booked up quite early so could not fit us in.

Sunnydale is like a home from home. We have stayed 4 times now (next year already booked). Perfect family home which is well equipped. The owners are constantly improving the house. Perfect location for the beach. Large enclosed garden perfect for the dog - even though they are often teased by the birds, rabbits and even squirrels this year. We never want to leave Sunnydale

We have just returned from our first visit to Sunnydale, and have already booked for next year. This property is an absolute gem. Alan and Christine have given a lot of thought to make their guests' stay as comfortable as possible. There is plenty of parking space for 3 or 4 cars and the rear garden is an absolute delight. There is so much lawn space to enjoy, either playing games, just relaxing, and our two dogs to run around and play. There is a lovely patio set, a large umbrella (although we didn't use it), a charcoal BBQ, and the pizza oven which we enjoyed on our 'pizza night'. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked with crockery, glasses, cutlery, saucepans and dishes for cooking. There was even dustbin liners, foil, baking parchment and dishwasher tablets in the cupboards too. The biscuits which were left for us to to enjoy were very much appreciated. The lounge, dining room and bedrooms are very comfortable and it was lovely to see Christine's artwork on the walls. The TVs and hairdryers in the bedrooms was a nice addition. The Games Room, with all its equipment, was a wonderful addition to this property and we all had such fun using it. There was a trolley for taking our things the short walk to the beach which was so useful; and the beach hut was the 'icing on the cake' - although we understand that this is not guaranteed every year - but we hope Alan's able to work his magic to acquire it next year too! Sunnydale was an ideal property for our three generation family to enjoy quality family time together, along with the dogs - and we all look forward to returning next year.

Incredible equipment in kitchen and playroom. Best stocked house we ever stayed in. Good parking , very handy for beach . Great to have the beach hut and equipment plus the festival trolley. Garden great for kids. Caretaker very obliging in relation to items we left behind.
