Best of Wales – The Tour of Britain Cycle Race

This week Wales welcomes the Tour of Britain cycle race. Running form the 15th to the 22nd of September the race includes Tour de France winner Bradley Wiggins and a host of other top professional cyclists including Mark Cavenish. Stage  5 of the race starts from pretty much outside our Mid Wales office in Machynlleth and ends up finishing at Caerphilly Castle, only a few miles from our South Wales and main office based in Abercynon.  

Wales is well known for its cycling with Mountain biking  and Road cycling is also very popular.   There are many amateur events and sportive run thorough the year including The Tour of Pembrokeshire, The Valleys Velo and the Etape  Cymru.
