Perfect for a family holiday or get-together, this restored 1800’s Coach House with Mill opposite in New Quay is spacious and stylish. Sleeping up to 10 people (sleeps 8 plus child size bunk beds) this Coach House has been restored to the highest specification (underfloor heating, spring water from its own borehole, air source heat pump etc) but it retains its old charm and beauty with grand oak beams, traditional brickwork. It is set in its own grounds extending to 4 acres with a small stream, wildflower meadow and woodland.
The area is full of attractions and activities including great beaches, walking, fishing, cycling, local pubs, and restaurants; one of the highlights of any trip here has to be the dolphins that live in the bay. These can be seen via boat trips from the harbour, or from the shore on clear days.


Ground floor

Large lounge area with 55" TV and sound bar.

Kitchen with American style fridge freezer, double oven and 5 ring gas hob, dishwasher.

Utility room with full sized fridge freezer, washing machine and drier.

Cloakroom with WC and basin.

Dining room with large table and benches.

Bedroom 1 - King sized bed with garden views. Two small steps to access bedroom. En-suite shower room.

Bedroom 2 - Double bedroom also with garden views. En-suite shower room.

1st Floor

Bedroom 3 - King sized bedroom with en-suite and freestanding bath.

Bedroom 4 - Super king sized bedroom with feature en-suite -bathroom - WC, bath (with shower attachment) and twin basins.

Bunk Beds - Bunk beds are located in an open area of the landing just outside bedroom 3. (Please note: these bunk beds are only suitable for children under 10)


Front lawn area, rear gravel area for parking (plenty of space for several cars). Set in its own grounds extending to 4 acres with small unfenced stream, wildflower meadow and woodland to be enjoyed.

Bed linen and towels provided.

Electricity & central heating included.

Travel cot and stair gate available on request. Please bring your own bed linen for the cot.

Plenty of parking on drive and nearby.

BBQ available

This property has a £150 good housekeeping refundable bond, which is payable to Best of Wales along with the balance of your holiday. Alternatively, you can waiver this bond by paying a non-refundable fee of £5 per person instead.

The following items are also provided at the cottage for your stay… Kitchen: salt and pepper, kitchen roll, washing up liquid/dishwasher tabs, new dishcloths and scourer, Bathroom: soap and 2 toilet rolls per toilet. General cleaning products: bleach, shower cleaner, anti-bacterial spray etc.

No smoking inside.

2 small dogs allowed but NOT permitted on furniture or beds. (no extra charge for pets)

A small unfenced stream runs past the cottage. Please ensure young children are supervised at all times near the stream.
