There are many attractions within easy driving distance including the Snowdonia National Park, Caernarfon Castle, the Welsh Highland Railway, Llanberis and Snowdon. The Blue Flag award beach at Dinas Dinlle is 7 miles away.

The Cottage: adjoins Ysgubor (ref. WAG387) and is one of three cottages around a central courtyard. The cottage is well looked after by the owner, who lives close by, and is on hand for any help or advice needed.  Heating is by modern night storage heaters.

Living Room: is open plan with wooden floors and impressive high beamed ceilings with a first-floor mezzanine level. The comfortable sitting area has Freeview TV and DVD, WiFi, Xbox and iPod dock.  French doors lead out to the balcony.

Kitchen: the recently modernised kitchen has a dishwasher, washer/dryer, electric hob and oven, microwave and fridge/freezer.

There are two attractively furnished double bedrooms and the spacious mezzanine level has a single bed.

Bedroom 1: double bed and co ordinating wooden furniture.

Bedroom 2: double bed and wooden furniture.

Bedroom 3: single bed on the mezzanine with an easy chair.

Bathroom: tiled ground floor bathroom has a shower over the bath, WC and basin.

Outside: French doors lead to a decked area that looks out onto rural pasture land. A great place to relax and enjoy the evening sunshine. At the front is plenty of parking in the gravelled courtyard and a shared children's play area with a swing and slide.

Beudy is well placed to explore Snowdonia with plenty of walking, cycling and sightseeing. Within 2 miles are Caernarfon Castle and the Welsh Highland Railway, two popular highlights of the area, whilst for younger visitors the Gypsy Wood Activity Park (seasonal) is a short walk away. The coastlines of both Anglesey and the Llyn Peninsula are within a short driving distance.  The local shop is less than a mile away and there is a pub serving food within 2 miles. Caernarfon itself has a harbour, plenty of supermarkets, pubs, restaurants and interesting local shops and streets to discover.

Beudy can be booked with one or two of the other cottages at this location to accommodate groups of up to 13 people. Please see Rhyddallt Ganol Cottages for full details.

Mrs Danijela F,

We had a very comfortable stay in this lovely cottage. The children were delighted by seeing the horses in the field come to say hello! Very good position for visiting a range of places. Many thanks.

Mrs Helen S,

Fantastic stay, great cottage and location. Visited Criccieth (beautiful), Llyn Idwal (gorgeous), Snowdon by South Ridge from Rhyd-Ddu (hard but very rewarding). Also, Welsh Mountain Railway to Porthmadog (stunning scenery). Fantastic food at Black Boy and Bengal Spice.

Mr Patrick T,

Lovely little cottage right next to some lovely beaches. Weather was beautiful, bonus! Visits and walks - Snowdon, Newborough, Greenwood Forest Park, etc. Plenty to do on a rainy day too! Thanks for a great holiday.

Mrs Charlotte A,

Lovely little cottage in an ideal location to visit the sites of Snowdonia. Easy travel to beaches, castles and trains! Gypsy Wood just down the road is fantastic for under 7's and an easy walk away. Warm welcome and nothing too much trouble for the owner. We all really enjoyed our stay!

Mrs Krystyna A,

Excellent cottage in an ideal location. Not been to North Wales previously but not disappointed on our first visit - will be back some time in near future. If you're not walkers like us, Snowdon Mountain Railway is a must - the scenery is breathtaking. Many thanks to the owner for letting us stay here!

Mr Peter C,
