Description
Part of an exceptional development, Gadlas is one of two large, luxury cottages in North Wales, on the beautiful Llyn Peninsula. We are all looking for "the feel good factor" these days and it can be found here in abundance. Special features such as a private sauna, steam/shower cabin and underfloor heating throughout are some of the added extras that make these luxury cottages in North Wales stand out from the crowd.
This "off the beaten track" gem has stunning sandy beaches in every direction, endless activities and attractions on your doorstep and is surrounded by spectacular views of the Llyn Peninsula.
One of two self-catering cottages which can be booked together as Ty'r Mynach to accommodate 24 people.
Ground Floor
A beautiful open plan kitchen and dining room that you won’t want to leave. Top of the range cream painted oak kitchen with granite worktops. Two large single ovens and large induction hob. Built in fridge, dishwasher, microwave and a Cafetiere. Large dining table for up to 14 guests and flat screen TV. Tiled floor with ground source underfloor heating and patio doors opening out to the front patio breakfast area.
Sauna - Infrared sauna cubicle with tiled floor in room.
Bedroom 1 - Superking bed (this can also be made into 2 twin beds please request this option upon booking) Ensuite level entry wet room. This room has level entry all the way from the car park – so would be suitable for wheelchair users.

Bedroom 4 - Family bedroom suite with 1 king size bed and 2 single beds. Ensuite bathroom with a fantastic free standing, polished aluminium boat type bath with shower mixer taps.
Bedroom 5 - Ensuite bedroom with king size bed. This room has panoramic views of the Lleyn Peninsula – probably the bedroom that people will have to toss for!
First floor lounge with fantastic views of Rhiw mountain on one side and looking back towards the rest of the Lleyn Peninsula on the other side. 2nd TV and DVD player. Large leather suite with a log burner for those cosy nights in.
Garden
Breakfast patios to the front of each cottage with picnic benches for the morning sun, that open out onto a small communal grass area. Private garden area with BBQs and outside dining furniture at the rear. Private entrance and parking.
The large communal playing area includes a climbing frame and football goals that can be enjoyed by guests staying at both these luxury cottages in North Wales.

Map
Situated down small country lanes between Bryncroes and Sarn Mellteyrn in a brilliantly scenic and central location on the Lleyn Peninsula. These two luxury cottages in North Wales are just three quarters of a mile from Sarn – a lovely walk in itself. Fantastic views, with circular walks possible along country lanes and pathways from the cottage.
The village of Sarn Mellteyrn offers pottery, tea rooms and two good pubs. There is a shop with post office, and a garage with shop that rents out DVDs in the village, as well as a small playing field which can be reached by a pleasant walk along the country lanes.
Abersoch, Aberdaron, Nefyn and all the beautiful sandy beaches of the peninsula are close at hand with the nearest beach being 3½ miles away. Walking, golf, sea fishing trips and plenty of water sport facilities are available here. The market town of Pwllheli, the resort of Criccieth and Porthmadog as well as numerous historic and scenic attractions such as Snowdonia National Park, Ffestiniog Railway, castles and the Italian village of Portmeirion are all easily reached from these large, luxury cottages in North Wales.

Central to all beaches on the Llyn Peninsula. The nearest is Traeth Penllech, a long sandy beach that allows you to feel that you are away from it all. 3.5 miles

Walking
Llyn Coastal Path – 84 miles around the Llyn Peninsula, from Caernarfon to Porthmadog. Join the path 3 miles from the cottage, in Penllech.
Yr Eifl (The Rivals) – Mountain range including the highest point on the Llyn Peninsula. 4.5 miles in length. 12 miles from cottage.
Horse-riding
Pen Llyn Stud & Riding Centre – Pwllheli. Stud farm and rides for any level of experience. 2.5 miles
Llanbedrog Riding Stables - Horse-riding lessons etc. Beach and hill rides. 6.5 miles
