Description
This 5-star farm cottage is central to all the beaches and attractions of the Llyn Peninsula. With swings, slide, football goals, playhouse and trampoline in the large enclosed garden, this is an ideal setting for families. Ysgubor Llŷn also provides a beautiful setting for couples and groups and enjoys its own furnished patio - an ideal area for alfresco meals or to relax in beautiful surroundings.

Ground Floor
Ysgubor farm holiday cottage is beautifully decorated throughout with many original beams and open stone walls. All the furniture is hand made locally by a craftsman, in keeping with the traditional styles.
The inviting lounge includes two sumptuous sofas and an armchair around a cast iron 'log burner style' electric fire and TV with DVD player.
The beautiful, fully equipped kitchen features a larder fridge with separate freezer, new induction hob and single oven, a granite worktop as well as a dishwasher and microwave.
Bedroom 1 - Downstairs bedroom with twin beds and ensuite level entry shower room, suitable for disabled guests.
Upstairs
Bedroom 2 - Spacious bedroom with 3 single beds plus a combined TV/DVD.
Bedroom 3 - Large bedroom with a fantastic king size 4 poster bed with luxurious 100% linen bedding.
Bathroom has a shower and a luxury whirlpool bath - perfect for relaxing.
The Garden
The cottage has its own elevated patio area overlooking the garden. The large extended garden is shared between the three holiday cottages on site and includes a gas BBQ, swings and a football goal, as well as a playhouse / climbing frame with a slide and a fantastic trampoline - perfect for family farm holidays.

Ysgubor farm holiday cottage is located on a beef, sheep and cereal farm. Set in the heart of the Llyn Peninsula, it's the perfect base for family farm holidays in Wales. On site, there is plenty to keep the children entertained including a rabbit, cat, dog, and pony in the yard and adjacent field. Feel free to wonder around or ask the owner for a tour to see the farm and animals.
The cottage is located a ¼ of a mile from the village of Sarn Mellteyrn with its pottery studio and two good pubs. There is a corner shop with a good local butcher and a garage with shop in the village, as well as a small playing field which can be reached by a pleasant walk through one of the farm fields.
Abersoch, Aberdaron, Nefyn and all the beautiful sandy beaches of the peninsula are close at hand with the nearest beach being 3 ½ miles away. Walking, golf, sea fishing trips and plenty of water sport facilities are available here. The market town of Pwllheli, the resort of Criccieth and Porthmadog as well as numerous historic and scenic attractions such as the Snowdonia National Park, Ffestiniog Railway, castles and the Italian village of Portmeirion are all easily reached from this luxury farm holiday cottage.
