Description

This lovely Llyn Peninsula accommodation is perfect for couples and small families. Abersoch, Aberdaron, Nefyn and all the beautiful sandy beaches of the Llyn Peninsula are close at hand. Enjoy the large enclosed garden with barbeque facilities and everything a child could dream for. You can even meet the animals as this self catering apartment is situated on a beef, sheep and cereal farm.

First Floor

This open beamed, first floor apartment is perfect for your self catering holidays in North Wales. The cosy, spacious living room is L-shaped with underfloor heating throughout. Fully equipped painted kitchen at one end which includes a dishwasher, microwave, fridge with ice box, induction hob and single oven, with granite worktop. There is also a stylish, round dining table with chairs.

The living area has a comfortable leather Chesterfield sofa, upholstered wing armchair and a welcoming log burner. All the old beams are left exposed, giving a very light, spacious and comfortable atmosphere. TV and DVD player, plus CD/Hifi system included.

There are two bedrooms - the first with a Victorian brass and iron double bed with new, luxury Egyptian Cotton bedding, and the second bedroom with full size bunks.

The shower room provides a top of the range electric shower, stylish vanity units and marble mosaic tiles, plus heated towel rail.

Garden

This Llyn Peninsula accommodation has its own patio area and table to enjoy some alfresco dining.

The large extended garden is available for guests of all three cottages on site to enjoy. This enclosed green area includes a gas BBQ, swings and a football goal, as well as a playhouse / climbing frame with a slide and a fantastic trampoline.

Really lovely little place to stay. Host Rhian was really nice and accommodating. Short walk to shop and pubs and not more than half hour drive from the beaches which where beautiful. Little boy really enjoyed the play area within the farm. Felt very safe.

A cosy space for a nice break on the Llyn peninsula. The garden space was fantastic for us as we have two small children so they loved having the swing set, see-saw and trampoline. The Loft is in a great location to access some great beaches.

Llofft Llyn apartment is located on a beef, sheep and cereal farm in the heart of the Llyn Peninsula - perfect for your self catering holidays in North Wales. It is a ¼ of a mile from the village of Sarn Mellteyrn with its pottery studio and two good pubs. There is also a corner shop with good local butcher and a garage with shop, as well as a small playing field which can be reached by a pleasant walk through one of the farm fields.

On site, there is plenty to keep the children entertained including a rabbit, cat, dog, and pony. Feel free to wonder around or ask the owner for a tour to see the farm and animals. The large, enclosed garden offers barbeque facilities, swings, a slide, football goals, a den and playhouse and a fantastic trampoline which is proving to be a huge favourite with the guests.

Abersoch, Aberdaron, Nefyn and all the beautiful sandy beaches of the Llyn Peninsula are close at hand with the nearest beach being 3½ miles away. Walking, golf, sea fishing trips and plenty of water sport facilities are available here. The market town of Pwllheli, the resort of Criccieth and Porthmadog as well as numerous historic and scenic attractions such as the Snowdonia National Park, Ffestiniog Railway, castles and the Italian village of Portmeirion are all easily reached from this holiday apartment.

Central to all beaches on the Llyn Peninsula. The nearest is Traeth Penllech, a long sandy beach that allows you to feel that you really are away from it all. 3.5 miles
