Stunning Locations & Holiday Cottages in Machynlleth

Machynlleth holiday cottages are located in or close to the small market town, perfectly positioned to make the most of the breathtaking scenery, mountain bike trails and rich Welsh history. Machynlleth itself is a small Welsh town, situated at the head of the Dyfi estuary in Powys, Mid Wales. With a population of around 2,000, holiday cottages in Machynlleth are perfect as a holiday destination for a relaxing weekend or week long break.

A bit of a history lesson now; The town of Machynlleth was the site where Owain Glyndwr, the Welsh rebel, was crowned as Prince of Wales back in 1404 and was where the patriot formed the first Welsh parliament.
